You enter the Lodge through a stylish modern double glazed Front Door. The whole Lodge is double glazed throughout. There is constant Hot Water and full Heating throughout The Lodge, fast WiFi too.
A good sized Living Room complete with large Flat Screen TV, iPod Docking Station and two lovely comfortable Settees to sink down into and just relax and put your feet up.
There is also a full Shower Room, WC and Hand Basin off this Living Room.
A modern fully equipped Kitchen with all that you need to cater for ten, and a fabulous extending glass Dining Table that comfortably seats 10 people.
There are two Bedrooms downstairs….one is a Family Room that sleeps 4 people in four separate Beds including a set of very comfortable Bunk Beds. The other is a Double Bedroom, complete with its own ensuite Bathroom, and this Room sleeps two in very comfortable single beds with masses of room also for a Cot if needed.
Upstairs is beautifully decorated and totally double glazed with countryside views from all of the rooms. A Living area that boasts a fitted, beautifully appointed, second kitchen complete with superb Italian Designer Halogen Hob, Inbuilt Fridge, Oven, Grill, Microwave, Extractor Unit, large upright chest freezer, and variable down lighting with dimmer switches.
There is another Dining Table with four chairs and countryside views out over the fields.
A second Sitting area has two Settees that will comfortably seat four people, and they fold down quickly and effortlessly to form two very comfortable single Beds. There is a television and DVD Player. There is also a varied selection of Games and Books for those quieter moments.
A large Double Bedroom with built in Wardrobes, plenty of storage and an ensuite Bathroom are all also on the first floor.
The layout of The Ling Lodges is therefore perfect for both Families and Groups of Friends and is best summarised as below: 3 x Bedrooms, 3 x Bathrooms and 3 Loos (2 en suite) and
2 x Living/Sitting Rooms and 2 x Kitchens
Hence 10 people can sleep comfortably.
An Iron and Ironing Board are available to use. A Washing Machine is available to use for the odd wash in the Owners House for those staying for 2 weeks or more – by prior arrangement. The Lodge has smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and fire blankets.
Quality, freshly laundered Linen for all the beds are provided and all included in the price that you pay. No extra charges to pay at all for anything. China, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc are also supplied. The kitchen is well equipped and contains everything that you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. A “Welcome Pack” full of all sorts of grocery goodies is provided with our compliments and you can buy the rest of your requirements from our lively local Grocery Store – or you may prefer to visit the 24 hour Tesco Store situated about five minutes drive away. An excellent Marks and Spencer Foodhall is also very close by.
